Big Game Data collects the information you provide when requesting access or using the private application. This may include your email address, saved hunting locations, stands, journal entries, and product usage information.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and secure the service, manage beta invitations, improve product guidance, and communicate about your access. We do not sell your personal information.

Location privacy

Your saved locations and journal records are private to your account. Published harvest insights are aggregated by area and do not expose another hunter's private coordinates.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from product email at any time or request deletion of your account and associated personal data by replying to an email from Big Game Data.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Supabase, and Resend process limited information to host, secure, store, and deliver the service. Their handling is governed by their respective privacy terms.
